The Consumer Resources column is organized and written by David Chapple. David lives in Ohio. He majored in computer science in college and has worked in that profession. He is presently employeed as a remote troubleshooter, providing telephone support for other people who use AAC. He is secretary and a member of the Board of Trustees of AAC Institute.

David is an active participant in life. The photo here shows him in the rare situation of being without his AAC system. This is because he is being lifted up the zip line tower at an AAC camp he recently attended in the Rocky Mountains.
