John C. Ellsworth

1935 - 2003

John Ellsworth was drawn into the assistive technology community by his long time friend and sailing buddy Edwin Prentke. He was the first external member of the Board of Advisors of Prentke Romich Company. Early Board meetings were held on Ed's ketch on Lake Erie with John often at the tiller. His sage advice over many years contributed to the success of Prentke Romich Company in addressing the communication and other related needs of many people with disabilities.
