Description:
This one-day workshop will highlight multiple aspects of assistive technology integration and planning for teams and individuals to implement in a train-the-trainer session. Teaching, presentation, and learning techniques will be modeled and discussed with national leaders in assistive technology to avail opportunities of professional growth and learning within relevant environments. A review of the Professional Action Plan will also be discussed relating to current levels of attainment and further growth.

Learning Outcomes:
As a result of this activity, participants will be able to:

1. Identify strategies, tools and resources for providing access to printed material for struggling readers
2. Provide hands-on practice with tools and resources identified in workshop sessions
3. Discuss specific student profiles with possible research based intervention strategies
4. Correlate strategies with data collection options
