Presenters: Carolyn Phillips and Trish Redmon

Description:
This webinar will share information on Succession Planning and a Preview of ATIA 2010 in Orlando.
Succession planning is about more than how to replace the program leader. Sustaining the delivery of services to customers requires depth in all key positions. How can you build that depth with the usual scarcity of time, money and resources? Join us to learn some straightforward strategies for building bench strength and ensuring smooth transitions. Your ability to build capacity and to survive as program depends on how well you develop human resources to perform key functions.
This webinar involves hands-on participation. The curriculum package with worksheets will be posted to the Knowledge Base on Monday, Jan. 16. Go to http://passitoncenter.org/content/ and check the Sustainability module to download the Succession Planning Webinar package. Download as many copies as you need before the Webinar begins.
