Presenter: Martha Rust, Tools for Life Center

Description:
Tools for Life is Georgia’s Assistive Technology Program and serves individuals of all ages and disabilities. Our goal is to increase access to Assistive Technology so people can live, learn, work and play independently. Tools for Life works with 4 ATRCs (Assistive Technology Resource Centers) within the state of Georgia that provide information and resource assistance, assessments, device demonstration, training, and an AT lending library allowing you to “try before you buy”. This webinar will focus on some new AT recently acquired by the Tools for Life Library: the ZAM Communicator - a communication device, Bathing Cushions and Surfer Bathers. Please join us as we discuss the features of these devices and how you can access them.

Learning Outcomes:
As a result of this activity, participants will be able to:

1) Talk about 3 new devices and their features in the Tools for Life Lending Library

-2) Have the knowledge to access each for demo and/or loan
