Dr. Tony Attwood is the world's leading expert on Asperger's Syndrome. Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) are a group of developmental disabilities that can cause significant social, communication and behavioral challenges. The Centers for Disease Control estimate that an average of 1 in 110 children in the United States have an ASD. Dr. Attwood has written numerous books and produced many DVDs on Asperger's. His book, The Complete Guide to Asperger's Syndrome, is a top-seller in the field. His workbooks and DVD, Exploring Feelings: Cognitive Behavior Therapy to Manage Anxiety, Sadness, and Anger are relevant to any child, whether on the autism spectrum or not.
