Description:

This 120 minute course is intended to be an interactive hands-on demonstration and discussion of TTMT’s superior support, service and products.  Attendees will have an opportunity to examine and interact with the software and hardware features of speech generating devices supported by TTMT, observe Pogo Boards web based application for designing communication layouts and other visual systems, as well as identify the unique features and accessories these products offer that best match an individual’s needs.          

Learning Outcomes:
As a result of this activity, participants will be able to:

1. Participants will be able to demonstrate basic use of at least 2 different devices ( i.e. power up devices), use hardware buttons and navigate to desired pages and buttons for communication.            

2. Participants will be able to identify 3 unique characteristics of 2-3 devices, i.e. accessories, software features, access method(s) available.      

3. Participants will be provided an overview of Pogo Boards and the low tech visual systems available with subscription.

4. Participants will be educated on the support and service through Talk to Me Technologies evaluation and trials process.
