Committed to excellence
in Augmentative and Alternative Communication
Why become an AAC Institute sponsor?
Sharing a mission in assistive technology may be the most important reason to support the AAC Institute (AACI) and the individuals we serve. Your sponsorship acknowledges your commitment to providing products and services that result in a person who relies on augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) maximizing communication potential. You may not realize that by becoming a sponsor you hold a special role in the largest family of AAC stakeholders. The AAC Institute email announcements go out to a list of over 9000 subscribers. We believe that this is by far the largest direct contact list in the field of AAC. Our subscribers are worldwide.AACI is the leading provider for CEUs at major AAC and assistive technology conferences such as Closing the Gap, and ATIA as well the CSUN Conference and ATACP workshops. (www.aacinstitute.org/CEUs) We have collaborated on various projects with ASHA, ISAAC, ALSA (the national ALS association), and the Angelman Syndrome Foundation. We are represented at all the major national and international AAC events. As a sponsor your name receives recognition beyond traditional advertisement as a contributor to the goal to improve the quality of life for persons who rely on AAC.
How are contributions used?
Your contribution will support our numerous activities to develop, test, and disseminate tools and resources that promote optimal communication for individuals who rely on AAC. No sponsorship funds are used for salaries or overhead.
