After you take a test, if you pass it, and the course is passed, it
redirects you to course_passed.php, which should be the one to
dispatch the proper settings and whatnot to do the evaluation.  We
could do the evaluation as a module beloning to a course that normally
cannot be seen by users.

Would need to do:

  Probably add a field in modules so test.php will handle it properly.

  Add free-form as a possible question type.
